I had a treat for my birthday from my best friend and it was the most amazing gift ever! Really nice atmosphere and view, very kind staff! Exquisite food!!! We enjoyed the pool all day and the rooms were big, modern and so clean! I will definately visit this place again!!! Service: 5

Overall it was a very nice stay. I have rarely been in such a pleasant hotel as this one. The friendly staff and the owner particularly stand out. They are always very helpful and try to fulfill every wish. They also have helpful tips on excursion destinations and offer support in arranging rental cars. There is a very family atmosphere. The whole complex is very well maintained and the rooms were very clean. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back. We booked another room and they gave us another without informing us. Expensive coffee/lunch without anything special. Access is not easy. The view is good. Overpriced. Generally clean and well-kept. Rooms: 1 Service: 5 Location: 3

A wonderful experience all thanks to the most amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble, they remembered even the smallest detail, were always friendly and cheerful. The room was very generous, on two floors, with the most amazing views. Best bathroom on Crete so far. I will definitely be back for longer than 2 nights. *Important to note* : the whole hotel is built on a hill. I have a mobility issue and the steps hills were nearly the end of me! Next time I will ask for a room close to reception. Service: 5
