Good food and service. the restaurant was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. precautions. parking in front of the place.

The staff is warm and courteous. The vibe is good. Food is good. Was only disappointed to find out that the new fusion coffees like espresso Martini etc were not yet introduced in this branch. Had it at the Sharq branch and thoroughly enjoyed all the 4 coffee mocktails there. Hope you introduce it soon here too!

Lovely service. Delicious food. One star removed because they shut me down pretty hard when I asked for tap water. Very mean and anti human rights of them.

Absolutely terrible service. I love B&S but it took forever to get our food and drinks. It seems like they were understaffed but they should let patrons know. We were ignored several times. Very disappointing.

Horrible service that ruined an otherwise great place, I didn't have a bad incident with the staff per-say, the service was bad all-around, from collecting the order untill asking for the bill, the food was nice, the ambiance was great, but the staff need to be more courteous, a lot more courteous, even though the place wasn't crowded at the time I visited, it took them a while to welcome us to be seated to begin with, also expect a cruel gaze from your host with some mumbling if you decide to switch your table from inside to a table outside, even if your order wasn't served yet.
