Jaxx - Kwazulu-natal

After waiting 45min for my food, my vegan burger patty was cold and raw. I've eaten the same burger before and it was absolutely delicious, today I was unpleasantly surprised. After trying my hardest I returned the burger only to be given a 10% discount on something I didn't eat. The staff were nice but also a little rude. I don't think I'll go back. The 1 star is for my partners food as he enjoyed the eggs. A huge disappointment

Lovely experience. Food was delicious land service great. Managed to sit under the air con so made the lunch even better.
