Locale e personale super accogliente in tipico stile americano Il proprietario é stato molto simpatico, ci ha spiegato tante cose sul cibo che proponeva e sulla provenienza , senza mai risultare invadente Cibo di ottima qualità! non ho mai mangiato un panino così buono. Fritti con panatura dorata e leggerissima. Eravamo 2 coppie e mio figlio, all uscita eravamo tutti soddisfatti e mi hanno ringraziato x l ottima scelta ! Ci rivedranno molto presto !

DISORGANIZATION among the guys who run the place!! Twice I tried to eat in this place, and twice I failed because there is a disorganization of the staff, now I'll go into more detail. The first time a girl practically sent us away because the answer was that it was early (the place was already open and operating) but if we wanted to eat there we had to wait until the place was more crowded, but since we didn't have a reservation she completely denied the possibility of trying this place, not even giving us the opportunity to eat at that moment when no one was there! Absurd!! The second time after months I called the place to make a reservation and a guy answered and told me that there was no need for a reservation because the tables were free from 9pm and therefore there was availability. When in doubt, I called back and they assured me that there was no need for a reservation! On the word said by this guy I go to the club, they made us wait like 40 MINUTES, and while we were waiting I spoke to a guy saying that I had called and that a guy had answered telling me this, and he immediately told me that he didn't I had talked to a guy but that I had talked to a girl. Luckily I'm not deaf, I can recognize a female voice from a male one!!! The fact is, we left because the same girl with glasses told us for the second time that there was no availability, all this after I had called and they had told me so on the phone! I can't say anything about the food because I've only seen it and never had it in my mouth, and certainly until the customer service from these guys changes I will definitely NOT return for a third time after all this.
