We waited 40 minutes for our Khinkali instead of the expected 20. This wouldn't have been a big deal, but we had a small child with us who was already tired from the long wait. The food was quickly devoured. The ambiance in the outdoor seating area was rated 3 out of 5. The Khinkali was delicious, but there was an excessive amount of onions, possibly to cut costs. Overall, the service was dine-in.

I am a frequent guest of this establishment, I live nearby. Always delicious, although always long... Today I had an unpleasant experience, the institution has a discount program for military personnel and every time I was in uniform (even without chevrons) I received a discount. I didn't get a discount today, because the hospice demanded to PHOTOGRAPH my ID... why? For whom? I did not receive an answer, nor did I receive a discount. Impressions and pleasure from food are spoiled.

I am very satisfied with the waiter Pasha, thanks to him the atmosphere is 5 stars, if it weren't for him it would be 1, all the waiters walk around with a displeased face, thanks to Pasha we didn't pay attention to it, there was an unpleasant situation with the administrator and the hostess who said that our waiter was more than us not serving, it ruined our evening, but thanks that our waiter clarified the situation and stays with us. Thank you Pasha, thanks to him, my birthday was great (despite the nuances of the institution itself)

It was her birthday celebration and the guests at the table were all questioning how it's possible to mess up cooking dishes that aren't even tasty to begin with! I tried some dishes before ordering and they were actually quite delicious, but on the day of the celebration they were prepared terribly. Very disappointing experience overall. We celebrated the christening of a child! Were very satisfied! The guests were delighted! I really liked the individual houses, which is why we chose this institution. Thank you very much for the good attitude, delicious food and wonderful service! The waiter Julia is just lovely. Everything was always on time for food and always with a smile! Thank you very much!
