Menbaka Fire Ramen めん Mǎ Lù

I found this place with happycow. while menbaka is an omnivore restaurant, all menu options (maintained, the menu consists of about 5 article rays, fried rice, float and fried chicken) can be “veganized.” that’s great. the gimmick is the fire. essentially a normal bowl of rammen, the “flambeauxed” in spectacular manner before them. the owner, the other have noticed, is a character, takes her phone and hangs it up to record a video of the action. that was great. the amount was much fun, though strongly weighted on foreigners. all in all, a visit for vegan tourist.

Owner is super nice and even gives yiu recommendations on sights. a vegan ram shell and the gyoza can also be vegan. it is a nice thing to do when they are in kyoto sightseeing, they even take a video of them while they put it on fire. (8/24 does not know why it is currently closed its temporary, opening times are correct for those they find on google.

A really amazing experience. great taste of rasen and cool vibes.

I had no idea what I was going into, so I won't spoil it because vegans were really good and restauratiw. knödel also tasted good!

One vegan ramen option. Mainly went for the experience where they set your ramen alight. Added great Smokey flavour loved the abundance of spring onions on top. Filmed it for us also which was nice. Average price. Was nice flavour to the ramen haven’t had anything quite like it.
