Tempura Endo Yasaka (north) - Kyoto

What a noble stone of tempo! had a visit tonight, without asking, absolutely perfect service. the employees are very professional and know very well about everything they serve. the ingredients were certainly highest quality, and the skills that the Tempura master has are totally spectacular that allows us to experience the most original and direct taste of the food. I 100% recommend this restaurant!

Omakase is an experience when they trust the cook unconditionally with their meal. he chooses the choices and they get to try his expertise in the choice. thanks to tempura endo for an amazing experience. eating was amazing and the service was from this world. our chef and our waitress were so brilliant that they even look at us. this deserves individual photos.

Super happy we stumbled in this place on the look for lunch during the exploration close! perfectly cooked before place made sweet and meeresfruit with excellent service. they have 3 places on the same road. the seats in the opposite style offer them the opportunity to observe the masters near. a few fixed price prices are available. each piece is prepared before them with the chef, who explains and recommends to connect with the salt and/or sauce it. a good mix of seasonal vegetables and seafood (loved mais, whole fish and garnel are served, end with a don bowl (I was already filled, but it was too delicious to go upstairs! . simple recommendation, would come back def if we were in the opposite.

Delicious tempura (and some sashimi.) elaborate, but it is worth it. the staff is very friendly and helpful: I had no reservation, but they were really gone out of the way to make it possible. the chefs gave great instructions on how to eat any dish. a place to come back.

Absolutely amazing Tempura restaurant. Warning, there are two places for Tempura Endo, make sure you go to the proper one you reserved at. I accidentally went to the wrong one but the ladies at the front were very accommodating. They said they could call us a cab to ensure we went to the right one or they would see what was available. Fortunately there was a spot my wife and I could go to. They warned us that we'd have to leave after an hour and 15 minutes though as there were other reservations (Note that we had just enough time to finish our food but we were pretty hungry and ate it quickly... . The chef makes each dish in front of you and times it so once you finish your dish the next one is ready and waiting for you. He explains what each item is and which sauce or salt (green tea or regular he'd recommend. There were two set options one without sashimi (which we opted for and one with. All the items were delicious, some with subtle flavors, others with different texture. The ladies came in very often to ensure our dishes were cleared right away, beers topped off along with our water. Every single person working is very polite and friendly. The bathrooms are very tight and tiny (read: efficient . When the meal was over, we accidentally dropped our charger and one lady ran over to ensure we had it. When leaving they had our shoes already set and were thanked by the hostess as well as the chef. I highly recommend this place to anyone not only for the delicious food but the excellent experience!!
