A very nice stop. At the foot of the caves. The grocery store is beautiful. The restaurant is very warm and benevolent. The dishes were good and original. Small flat on the portions just after half a day of bike.

On the way to the caves of the Balme, and without knowing the region, it was difficult for us to find a restaurant between small villages, and corn fields... Arrived at La Balme, and happy to finally find out what to eat before our visit, we sit around the table. After long minutes, the card finally arrives. We take three beers, and a perrier, to wait for our dish. We are offered the menu of the day; bavette dish) dessert, or choice between ch vre lime or bavette salad.... It'll be fucked for everyone! After 30 minutes, we are told that there is no longer a bath and that the cook just stopped!!! We had the choice between hot goat salad and chicken suddenly out of the closet... We opt for 4 salads..., but it was without counting that we had to go to Metro to look for it, so the wait was long... Finally, a huge lettuce thrown in the seasoned plate at homeopathic dose, accompanied by some unhappy cherry tomatoes, and 3 slices of bread/3 pucks of goat cheese)....In summary: insipid and ugly!!! 4 coffees 85,50 € !!!! no receipt, no note to be framed.... Prices Champs Élysées, hygiene less... For sure, we'll quickly forget this tourist trap, and we'll never come back... or... not....

We ate in this restaurant from the caves. We loved!!! Only fresh products. Small-care servers and succulent dishes. The ravioli were the best I ate!!
