Ordered online and what I got was half of it noodles, and just a few fish (which was ordered)... Tastes like old too... (was reading the reviews seems I'm not the only one who is complaining about the OLD food)

Choose a base of white rice, brown rice, or other (greens). Pick 4 fish protein for the large bowl. Multiple sauces to add in (spicy mayo, ponzu, fire ponzu, plus a few others); you get three complimentary. Included Dry ingredients include furkake (seaweed), crispy onions, sesame seeds, etc.. soda, kombucha, and other specialty drinks available. Outdoor dog friendly seating. Adjacent to north shore burgers, Starbucks, cafe sola Italian restaurant, El pollo, and a movie theatre. Plenty of lot parking. Also! They have a free rewards program; free bowl with purchase of many (6 or 8).
Food is okay but portions are over priced. If you want to eat a rat's portion and pay for a feast then you'll find pretty good poki here, but if you don't have the metabolic needs of an ant then go somewhere else. I asked for a medium bowl with the rice of a large, to satisfy my human sized stomach, but they said they'd charge me $2.50 for the rice. Oh okay, that might not be so bad, right? Wrong. It costs less to upgrade to a large and get more rice AND fish. What kind of a business model is that. Rice is like the cheapest food in the world and your so set on starving your customers that you force them to sell their organs to eat ur sub-par fish.
We have been going every week since March when our regular fast food Sushi place closed for renovations for the month. Love the variety and freshness. Friendly staff. You get exactly what you want in your bowl and the line moves quickly.
