Bar des Glaces - La Ciotat

Our local guide (my son) was concerned that we were too late for lunch, and when it was, we had circled the place a few times before we even find a parking place, a few minutes from the front. when we arrived there (especially the pizza palaces) we found that not only the lunch was available, but that the day was still something special. I've been beaten and how happy I was. live in a country where lamb is not readily available at all, but in '60s england, where Sunday departure was automatically the cheapest of cuts, nz breast of lamb, how could I not react to the waiter's suggestion? succulent and a massive help. the other two meals were also eaten with gusto, but for that living of me I could not tell you what they were. this is one of the many small inexcellent restaurants along the front, with its piece of a view of the harbour. the waiter was cheerful and happy to enter the banter with my 24-year-old son.

12 noon with family, on the port but very noisy, a terrace with smokers (I had forgotten the unhealthy side ).medium plus presentation quite sober, for a price without excess, a very pleasant welcome.

Arrived in front of by chance after a stall with a restaurant owner; guests at the terrace have made us praises of this restaurant by telling us that the kitchen is made home. we decide to pass the door and we did not regret our choice. a great evening with friends with a nice and professional waiter.I recommend this authentic place. for us it's safe our new address at the ciotat

Birthday meal. A smiling server welcomes us. He presents his dishes, highlighting them. Green salad and tomatoes with its hot goat chap, delicious stuffed encornet. The famous burnt cream. meal at the correct price

From crossing to the ciotat we decide to dine on the port. We are 6 the reception is simple but warm. the order is done quickly and the service is fast. all dishes are of good quality and service is effective with smile. The price is the most correct. excellent value quality price.
