A beautiful meal with a beautiful common starter, which was very filled with oysters, deep-fried cheese, selection of meat etc. the main course was excellent and the specialities naturally fish based was abundant and very rich but tasty. a must visit when in la ciotat
Fancy for a decent brouchette? I ate it there. The main dishes are also good, the waitresses has some problems with english but its not a problem after all! And they have good espresso.
Another very quiet place in quiet La Ciotat. We had very good fish soupe, prices were OK although not cheap. Service mays not have been the best you could expect, but no problem either, and an excellent dinner altogether.
Well there you on the quay at La Ciotat looking at all the boats, so what else would you think of eating except fish. It was a bot worrying that we appeared to be their only customers of the evening but we could not fault...any of the dishes. Nothing very fancy but when the basic ingredients are good you don't need to add mush more than careful cooking and this is what was delivered. We had Whelks with aioli, Deep Fried Camambert salad with serano ham for starters and main course of marmite de poisson, and bream with potato and leek. We were happily content at the end.
