Panini Kabob Grill - La Costa

After our very first day of surfing (ever! felt like some Mediterranean food and decided to go to Panini Kabob Grill in Carlsbad. We ordered the Hummus Trio and went for the Family Kabob Combo (chicken and beef . Wow! Nice seating, clean, staff super friendly and really great food! Hummus was really good (loved the edamame and beet ones! and the beef kabob was to die for! Everything was excellent!

I really enjoyed my meal! I got the tofu kabob with their avocado salad and rice pilaf which is vegan! It's pretty reasonably priced given the portion size however, I gave them 3 stars because of service. The server was very kind but unfortunately made many mistakes. A coffee that was ordered never got served, and a dish that was ordered didn't come and was replaced by a dish that wasn't ordered. We let the server know and they brought out the kabob that was intiallyordered. Then, dessert was ordered and they brought out some complementary ice cream for the birthday person, that we were celebrating that day. The problem was: the birthday ice cream was charged, the coffee that never got served wascharged, the mess up of dishes (them giving us an additional dish we didn't order) was charged alongside the kabob that was ordered and they only waved the birthday ice cream and coffee in the end. The food and ambience are very enjoyablebut I would recommend going to the Del Mar location over this one, based on the experience I had at this location. I understand things happen and it could've been a unique experience. I can't wholeheartedly recommend this location becauseof it though, so I would I keep that in mind if you're considering going to dinner here.

Mixed experience, come for a late lunch and the restaurant was not busy. However after 25 mins I had to ask for an update on my order. The food was alright, nothing special and a little too western in taste to be considered authentic.

The best Side of Tzatziki I’ve had in a while! There’s so much texture and a hint of lemon? The kabobs and veggies were perfectly charred! Definitely recommend the family meal, love the salad options.

Absolutely phenomenal! Wow! So glad that I tried them out. Best meal Ive had for a very long time! And you cannot beat their prices! Wow!!
