New Moon Montrose

My mother is a big fan of this restaurant, but unfortunately, we have consistently encountered sand in our dishes with Bok Choy. Despite bringing up the issue three times in person and sending an email, the problem was never resolved. I decided to stop dining at this establishment because of this issue. Even when speaking with a staff member, they did not seem to care, and my email was left unanswered. I simply wished for acknowledgment of the problem. Additionally, my order was incorrect on two separate occasions. It's a shame.

Yesterday evening, we placed an order at the restaurant and the food was absolutely terrible. It seems that the quality has been consistently poor during the last three visits. In addition, the prices have significantly increased. Unfortunately, this establishment is no longer a viable option for me.

I've been coming here for years. A little shocked in the service. It was a waitress who served the entire dining room with five people who ran around the counter to do pick-up jobs. Chit hooks, while we were in need, the sticks, no matter how much we waved our arms, they did not see us. They saw us. You just ignored us. The food was good as usual. Portions were a little bigger than I remember, but a little more pricier. My wife had a martini she never does and it was very strong and she said very well. The bar seems to be the hotspot packed there. However, the dining room had about three tables and these tables. A waitress, but there was a dining room with empty tables. Of course, that explains the takeover. Remember when you take the time to go to a restaurant, the experience should be better than a take-out experience.

Did an amazing meal at New Moon in Montrose. The food was incredible, especially the shrimps (Chloe?s shrimps, if I remember correctly! Everything was made gluten-free, the place is very celiac-friendly! Staff was really professional, but also so friendly and fun! Will be back!?

My first visit and it was amazing. The food was delicious and it can fill your tummy and you will still have a to-go-bag! The cucumber martini ? was absolutely perfect, not watery, right amount and great taste of all ingredients. Definitely will go back! Be sure to make reservation, it's gets full.
