Caribou Coffee - La Crosse

Absolutely addictive! While it's a bit of a guilty pleasure, I can't help but love this place. I definitely spend too much money here—I find myself stopping at least once a day, sometimes even twice. The coffee is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful. While the food isn't extraordinary, it's perfect if you need something quick and hot.

I've always been a fan of Bou, but the customer service here is exceptional. With my busy mom brain, I totally forgot about my ASAP mobile order and arrived an hour late. The kind staff at the window made my order again, and it really made my day! ❤️

I had a disappointing experience at Caribou Coffee during my first visit. I chose to stop in because the line at Starbucks was extremely long, but I ended up waiting longer than I anticipated here. When I finally received my coffee, it was only half-full and mostly foam, and it tasted burnt—much like black coffee. I was really let down and would rather wait in line elsewhere than waste my money on this.

The food is absolutely delicious, but they were missing some ingredients that I usually enjoy.

They consistently get my order correct, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I also really appreciate that they provide almond milk, which I absolutely love!
