Contribuisci feedbackUse to be better a few months ago but now when you get a coffee its either a hit or a miss. Coffee is usually a inch or more short from the lid. Friendly staff but not so much about making the coffee.
Was there during the afternoon on Saturday 9/10. I’m sorry but you all need training on customer service. I was embarrassed for you. I came inside to order some items. Hard to get someone to help me. There was 15 people working inside. So disorganized. I ordered and went to end of the line. Waited 5 minutes for food, my drinks never came. Stood there a few more minutes as everyone working walked by me. Not a one said anything. Finally nice kid with headset on asked me what I was waiting on. He personally made my two drinks for me. Then I remembered I needed a juice and a water from cooler. Grabbed those and had to say something to get rang up. While I waited I noticed 3 younger employees lean up on counter scrolling through their phones. Like I said I was like 2nd hand embarrassed for you guys for the total lack of customer service. As for the food and drinks they were ok. I ordered snacking bacon and threw away. It wasn’t even cooked. Just raw rubbery bacon.
Been there a few times around 2pm-3pm. Lisa R. Has to be the most rude person I’ve ever met. She’s snotty and lacks so much customer service, and she’s a lead/manager. If I see her, I walk out. She’s god awful.
I ordered in drivethough a “nutty pumpkin “ off the menu, I order this everyday! Today, it was a large “cream” coffee with a splash of coffee zero flavor. I went inside to try and get it re-made. Staff didn’t offer assistance to me or the other 10+ in the building waiting to be helped. 15min went by and finally got help, once getting that….. they took my coffee, put a new lid on it and gave it back to me. Doing this behind a. Tall counter so I couldn’t see it. I get back in my vehicle, try it and notice it’s still white coffee. Very disappointed in the service and the coffee itself. Very rude staff using vulgar language as well, talking bad about customers and employees.
Got a medium drink and thought it felt light. Took off the lid and it was barely half way full. Shouldn’t be charging $4.50 for something that’s not even half filled. Met with a coworker who went through behind me and same thing happened to his drink. Very upset. Picture taken before I’ve taken a single sip.
