Little Lucha - La Cruz

Best fried tortillas I ever had. the place is all decorated with lucha libre thematic, the service was great, always with a smile. the prices are honest. the highlight of our dinner was the michelada (ojos rojos). only so I could find her!

From start to finish, this place is legit! Everything is made from scratch and is pure perfection! I could drink their mezcal margaritas everyday if I lived there (good thing I don’t- LOL). The salsa and guacamole is tasty. I could have drank the salsa with a straw! Order the nachos and I dare you to try and finish them. It’s HUGE! We had the birria and shrimp on ours and wow—-I could have kissed the chef. We then ordered the birria tacos and fish tacos. Every ingredient on the taco was like magic. The flavors all complimented each other perfectly. The owner and manager was so nice, friendly and down to earth. The wait staff was attentive and welcoming. You won’t be disappointed!!

During my stay in Tamarindo, I went to eat here 3 times. Their fish taco, burrito, and OG marg are the BEST! Their own house made hot sauce paired well with the foods and the staff was super friendly.

Their churros with the caramel dipping sauce is sooooooo good! Had to make 2 orders at one time. Their tacos are great as well, added the house made hot sauce was even better.

This place is an absolute MUST! From the food to the service It’s legit worth 5 stars. Our waitress was warm welcoming and explained every ingredient and flavor ! 3 tacos plus an Aqua Fresca was super crazy affordable like under 10 dollars. They had Horchata, watermelon and hibiscus lemonade. The watermelon and horchata AMAZING !!! The flavor was super delicious and not sugary, we even got 2 drinks to go and the have paper straws. Their guacamole was super creamy and flavorful, chips were crispy and lightly salted. The hot sauces were delicious and had a variety of heat they were 5 dollars to purchase separately. Personally it was probably the best food place I went to (considering environment, affordability and flavor)
