Suggested by our hotel, we were delighted to be there, and santiago gave special treatment to the 4 x-genaries. It was sashimi night, with excellent salmon, tuna, shrimp and more. Some of our group preferred an alternative and santiago gave us a personal description of the dishes that were not on the menu. one would walk many miles through the boo bear risotto or the home wild mushroom ravioli. and many would travel 100 miles through the pumpkin soup with blue cheese ice cream or brownie ice cream with dessert beer. a friendly staff takes care of the quiet and elegant efficiency, and the wine menu adapts to all the palates. Now all we need is to ask you to establish yourself in new york!
Built in the renovated santiago games room, the chef, the evening view is fantastic. The tasting menu has so many dishes that I lost the account, they all seemed pretty small, but at the end of the meal one feels good. the unusual presentation of some of the dishes, with foam dressing or floating balsamic acetate ", carries what could be seen as simple, to an elegant level. The chocolate mousse is out of this world! a wine connoisseur will enjoy the different wines that accompany the menu. Do not lose sight of the sous chefs while preparing the dishes behind the bar, in the open kitchen. I recommend looking for the location of the restaurant during the day, as it is difficult to find in the dark.
