La Route Bleue - La Fouillouse

This restaurant came as a bit surprise when I must be quite honest! at the rande des st. etienne, and when I haven't been in the region for a while, I was very pleasantly surprised that a restaurant was opened in la fouillouse...and more pleased than the tellers came on our way! from beginning to end we had a nice time, and the waiters knew what they were talking about, maybe it's about eating. the mixture of aromen was initially surprising again (my first time try yuzu, but still really nice. my only negative comment would be the price design of the menus. Do not understand me eating was delicious, but even in london I can have a really nice restaurant with a bill cheaper than that I had in la route bleue! even in the night when we came there was a big table of 9 ladies in the middle. the restaurant itself is very cozy, we could not really hear ourselves because the constant brouhaha in the room.

We eat here for lunch and dinner. when they come to lunch, they try to get there early: there is a large buffet that is very quickly invalid. In the evening you can enjoy the restaurant in quieter, original dishes prepared by the cook. finally. something else in the boring culinary French landscape. Do not forget to ask for a good: great selection of excellent spacialities.

Excellent place for lunch also with 41 degrees outside. external or internal seat. modern French kitchen. also open for dinner.

Après en avoir entendu parler en bien par notre entourage et ce à mainte reprises, nous sommes allés essayer par nous même la Route Bleue.Dans l'ensemble bon restaurant qui propose une bonne cuisine, raffinée et le chef travail en direct avec des producteurs.Les plus : la présentation des plats, un vrai chariot à fromage, une belle carte des vins avec des prix aux verres raisonnables.Les moins : manque de consistance dans l'assiette pour des gros mangeurs (que je suis) et notre entrée manquait un peu d'assaisonnement (l'oeuf poché)Après pour un premier menu que nous avons pris à 28 euros, c'est très bien.

Pour une première fois nous n'avons pas été déçus de l'accueil et du repas ainsi que nos amis;nous y reviendrons
