Korean tartare is in the top 3 of the best dishes I have ever eaten in this life. Please never remove it from the menu!

Terrible dishes and unnecessarily expensive. Tartare with synthetic truffle oil which smelled of petroleum, foie gras which simply seemed fatty (without liver), fries burnt and full of oil. Wines recommended by the restaurateur quite bad.
