Burger King - La Grande

The best Burger King. Helicopters are on point and hot. You always get my order right. Can't beat a full stomach for 5 bucks!

I visited this restaurant twice last week, and both times I placed a small order for a family of four. Each time, I was asked to park right after I arrived at the window, which seemed to be a regular practice for them with other cars as well. My husband went in and ordered just a meal with an extra burger, and he too was asked to park because another car had just arrived and was not ordering due to a lengthy wait for their food. I understand the need to manage wait times, especially for larger orders, but this has become a frequent occurrence here. The food is good, and I never have issues with it, but I would visit much more often if I didn’t have to wait each time I went. Also, a customer behind my husband had a large order, and my husband could hear that he received his food before him! Thank you!

Great for a stop in the area. It's Burger King. Glad to report that there's nothing awful or special about this one. Normal efficient staff and everything was fine and went quickly. If you're tired of the other chains, this place is easy to get in and out of.

Horrible and Rude service. I ordered online On the app, drove 16miles because that is the closest BK to me. Got there told them I ordered online on the app, they told me they had no order from me. I ordered 2 Crispy chicken sandwiches and large fry, paid online and at the window, they told me it would be 5mins for them to cook Crispy chicken sandwiches and I ask for fry sauce but the girl at the window was asking the other worker what she should buy her by for Christmas, 15mins later I get my 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and Fry were Cold No fry sauce or napkins...PayPal refunded my online order Won't go back, plus I've heard they are closing that BK at the end of this month. I wonder why......hmmm

I just tried the Pulled Pork King sandwich from there, and I was really let down. The burger was flattened, and it didn't come with all the toppings it was supposed to. I'm honestly disappointed. While I expect to be let down by Taco Bell, Burger King has always been my favorite until now. I would definitely not recommend the Pulled Pork King to anyone.
