Golden China Firm - La Grange

I was surprised seeing some of these negative reviews. I lived down the street for a couple years and ordered delivery from Golden Wok many times. Our food was always good and I never had any issues with service. I mostly stuck with standard American Chinese foods, like egg rolls, fried rice, beef broccoli, etc. Never had a bad meal. Prices are about normal.

Threw away the food-straight to garbage One bite and we each said that it was not worth another bite. Threw the entire order in the garbage. Zero stars.

Yum decided to try Golden Wok again for NY eve family dinner. Take out order was spot in and the Mongolian beef with chow foon wide crispy noodles was outstanding. Veggie egg foo young was chocked full of fresh veggies and very tasty. Singapore noodles with shrimp had plenty of big fresh shrimp with just the right amount of wok char. Whole family was delighted. We've had a few average take outs from here in the past but last nights meal was awesome.

I have been searching for a new Chinese spot because I am semi new to the area. This was my first time visiting Golden Wok and it was one of the closest places by my house. Customer service was great but the food was bland... This ain't it for me!

Very disappointed they would not honor my Entertainment coupon. I understand times/businesses are struggling now but then don't offer the coupon and not honor it. I WAS a regular customer to this restaurant but after today I'm done. When I called to complain the manager would not even talk to me. He told the woman answering the phone to just tell me we don't honor those coupons anymore. When I explained she would be losing a good loyal customer she didn't seem to care and simply sorry you feel that way.
