Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I have visited this location every once in a while over the last 4 years. Service has always been phenomenal and the pizza has always been delicious. However, my last two visits here over the last 3 months were very disappointing. I’m not one to complain, but this place has gone downhill. The woman who took my order was short and rude, things seemed to be very unsanitary and disorganized. The place was a mess, food and debris all over the place. Staff was playing around eating food while I waited for someone to make my pizza. The young man who finally came up to make my pizza seemed annoyed by my presence . I just felt very unwelcome. This is not the service I was used to receiving. The pizza itself was subpar, parts of the crust were discolored and dried out before cooking. After a long work week, I decided to cook the pizza anyway. Only to become even more disappointed my family wouldn’t even eat it. We ended up ordering Papa Johns. I don’t like to give negative reviews but I feel others should be aware. It saddens me to see how poorly ran it has become. My husband used to love Papa Murphy’s pizza. If there is ever a next time, I will drive to another location before I come back here.

Something different, looks like normal pizzaria. But this place don't actually cook your pizza.After the initial shock while I was walking out raw pizza in my hand, i was completely disappointed.Once I reached home and cooked the pizza it was not that bad.Low cheese but good ingredients.So I will say buyer beware.

Always very clean and well run. Employees were friendly and courteous. In and out in no time. Great pizza, I love it!

They were very busy, but took my order and I was out of there in a few minutes.

We have always gotten our pizza's quickly and employees are always polite and respectful.
