Little Caesars Pizza - La Habra

I visited this restaurant to order my food, but unfortunately the manager messed up my order. I had to wait 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready, and then another 20 minutes for the manager to fix their mistake. The service here is terrible, with only one person working in the front. Lil Caesars used to be quick with their pizzas, but I was very disappointed with my experience here.

Hot N Ready has gone downhill. There is always at least a 15-minute wait for a basic pizza. The management needs to either retrain their staff or hire more employees. On top of that, they are now asking for tips, which is ridiculous.

This restaurant offers a quick, simple, and convenient way to grab a few slices of pizza.

Pizza Indy bad but the service gets worse every time. Usually my pizza isn’t even started for 30 min at peak hours but last week I saw the pizza was out of the oven and no updates for the next 20 min. Walk inside they are handling 3 orders coming out of the oven. I ask about my order and they are looking Al around and suddenly it comes from the back. I check that’s it’s my order and it’s stone cold. They inform me they can’t heat my pizza, I get it’s a conveyor belt but I don’t get why it wasn’t put in the pizza warmers when it came out of the oven.This strip mall has also gone downhill to the point the stench outside makes me question how clean any of theses business can be.

They have me wrong pizza and then when I called they transferred me to store and nobody answered. After 45 minutes I drive back to store and yes they replaced the pizza but when asked the guy told me their phones don't work. Likely excuse guy didn't seem to care. Poor customer relations.
