Poke Parlor - La Habra

This was my first experience at a poke restaurant, and overall, it was quite enjoyable. The food felt fresh, and the lady behind the counter was really friendly. I'm not entirely sure how poke prices compare, but I thought the portion sizes were good for the price. A tip for newcomers and restaurant owners: If you're visiting for the first time, it can be a bit confusing. When it says "choose 2," I initially thought it meant I could select two vegetables. However, I noticed the person in front of me was picking multiple items, which led me to believe it was the same for protein. I soon realized that "choose 2" only applies to proteins, not vegetables. So, feel free to pile on the veggies!

Excellent service and a friendly staff every time I visit. The portion sizes are generous, and they don't skimp on quality, even for delivery, unlike many other places. Poke Parlor is my go-to spot whenever I have a craving for poke.

The woman who took my order was quite moody. She barely gave me a scoop for each item. When I asked for three more cubes of pineapple, she shot me a dirty look and charged me an exorbitant fee just for those extra cubes, plus a bit more for each item, even though I didn't originally receive a full scoop. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family unless there is a change in her customer service attitude. During my first visit, an older gentleman served me, and he provided excellent service with generous portions.

Poke Parlor is a fantastic restaurant that offers delicious, clean, healthy, and affordable meals. I highly recommend it! The owner is wonderful as well. Food: 5/5
