Contribuisci feedbackOne of the slowest Starbucks around. When you're in a hurry, regardless of the time of day, you can absolutely count on them to do what ever it takes to make you late wherever you're going.
Went during 50% discount 12 6pm, which the line was long around 530pm. They decided to close the lobby from 4 7 pm to have a district store meeting. The was NOT A GREAT MANAGEMENT IDEA to have a meeting during busy promo hours.The three BARISTAS were AWESOME in controlling the crowd since people were trying to get into the lobby to pick up their phone orders. Since we saw the sign, my son and I ordered our drinks online for drive thru.
The girl in drive thru got my order wrong. I always get venti drinks and I received a grande. She seemed to give me attitude when i asked why its grande. Whatever no big deal but im disappointed with the amount of ice i got with requesting 'light ice 'I think my cup is 3/4 filled with ice. I took 3 sips and my drink now tastes like water. This is why i dont get grande size in the first place...
Everything else is good beside drive up a bit slow...
Bought a grande hot chocolate and this is what I received. It should be filled up higher. Not worth the price. Also this location is slower even with Mobil order.
