Subway - La Habra

My husband came home upset after picking up our sandwiches from this restaurant. When I unwrapped them, I understood why he was unhappy. Despite my husband's request for the sandwiches to be filled so there wouldn't be a large gap of just bread on both ends, the young man working there seemed confused and didn't follow through. The sandwiches that others had received before us looked full and satisfying, but ours were disappointingly empty. We paid for two one foot sandwiches but received less than that. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this restaurant. I wish I could upload pictures to show how empty the sandwiches were, but I will share our experience on other platforms.

Don't eat here if you want soft fresh bread! The bread they serve will cut your mouth up with how hard it is! Worst subway and awful service!!

Friendly staff. But the 3 stars has to be for food safety and preparation. I went it and ordered a sandwich and a soup. I noticed she went into the walk in fridge, pulled out the cup that already had the soup in it and threw it in the microwave. Idk if that's sanitary, but usually it's in the warmer ready to serve. When I went back to work, it kinda looked chunky and I had to warm it up again. Please stop trying to work faster by doing stuff like this : it'll make someone sick, especially for a pregnant women like me.

It was hard to locate the restaurant in the dark since most of the lights were off, making it appear closed. However, the sandwiches were fantastic and the server was friendly and efficient!

I live just a minute away from this Subway location, so it has become my go-to spot for pick-up orders. One day, I mistakenly placed an order for lunch while I was at work, which is 25 miles away. I quickly called the store to cancel the order, and they promptly called me back to confirm the cancellation. I was impressed by their responsible and efficient service.
