Absolutely magnificent service and food. Highly recommend. The staff is fantastic. The food is like a work of art. Do not miss.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful meal here during our stay at Hilton Los Cabos. The entire staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Rosario (hostess), Gregorio (server) and Francisco (back server) took excellent care of us during our dining experience. We would both highly recommend dinning here. We enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan and the Shrimp and Crab Canelloni appetizers. Followed by the Caccio and Peppe and Frutti de Mar entrees. And of course we had to get dessert, the Tartufo was out of this world! And for those who drink, the daily cocktail the bartender created was both unique and delicious. Vela is a must during your trip/stay!

Rony was amazing. Great food and great service. The raviolis were both divine. It’s a must try!

A delightful surprise, the only excellent meal on the Hilton Los Cabos property. The paperdella with lamb was superb, ribeye steak was excellent as were the side dishes, the dessert was overly sweet and not particularly good, but overall I would say the restaurant is excellent and service was great.
