Häagen-dazs Ice Cream Shop - La Jolla

The staff was friendly and attentive, and my daughter absolutely enjoyed the ice cream.

My family and I were craving a banana split and a sundae, but unfortunately, they didn’t have whipped cream or bananas. I ended up ordering coffee ice cream, which cost me $9! They also didn’t have any pennies.

I've visited Häagen-Dazs several times over the past month, and nearly every time, Romina has been on duty. She is consistently kind to my friends and me, and her customer service is exceptional. Romina always greets us with a warm smile, making the experience of buying ice cream truly delightful.

Last night I went to Haagen-Dazs and was immediately greeted with two big smiles from Cody and Nathan. They let me sample flavors and were so kind the entire time even when it became busy. I got the midnight cookies and cream and was shocked at how amazing it was! Lovely customer service and ice cream! #Thatsdaaz!!!!

The ice cream here is so delicious!! I had trouble deciding on a flavor but I was accommodated by Reese who gave me samples of some of her favorites!! She was super kind and did not seem annoyed at all by my indecisiveness! Great ice cream even better service!!
