Lagom Balanced Food - La Jolla

The most delightful restaurant in a fantastic location, serving the BEST food! We sampled numerous dishes from the menu, and everything was incredibly delicious and fresh! The entire staff went above and beyond for our large group that was in town for my sister's bachelorette party, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you! We can't wait to return next time we're in the area.

I recently discovered a charming new bakery near the village in La Jolla that serves breakfast, lunch, and smoothies. The menu features flavorful and healthy dishes with Mexican-inspired influences, offering options for everyone, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices. The chilaquiles were absolutely amazing! I also tried the matcha donut, which is vegan, gluten-free, and not fried! Most items are made with just a few natural ingredients, including some truly authentic sauces.

Lagom is absolutely fantastic! We didn't realize how small the restaurant was when we arrived with a group of 13. Even though they usually accommodate groups of 2-6 better, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant has a charming and photogenic atmosphere (even the bathroom is cute!), which adds to its appeal. The menu features a diverse selection, from açaí bowls to chilaquiles, and our group sampled a little bit of everything—we loved it all! The chefs and owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable. I can't recommend this place enough!

This place is incredible. The food quality and aromas are perfect. It is so hard to find healthy, guilty free restaurants that taste these wonderful. Ask her about her candy when you go... They are so amazing with monk fruit and various four mixtures. Definitely my new favorite restaurant.

Lagom is a fantastic find! My wife and I have made this our go to lunch spot in La Jolla. The food is delicious and the staff are so friendly. And on top of it all, the food is healthy. We can’t recommend Lagom strongly enough!
