Contribuisci feedbackI'm only giving 3 stars because it takes forever to get through the line and the parking lot isn't big enough to house all these cars going through the drive through. Almost looks like an in-n-out line. The menu board is all messed up so you can't seeeverything. But overall the food and service from workers were great.
Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Waited in line for more than 30 mins in the drive-through, lady on the intercom got my order wrong 3 times, and when I finally got the food, it was cold and soggy and one of the items was wrong. Most of thelocations in SD are pretty good but steer clear of this one for sure.
YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!!!! I ASKED THEM HOW MANY EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING AND THEY SAID 2!!!!!!!! ON A FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!! It should not take 45 minutes to get my food at Taco Bell. It takes about 5-7 minutes to serve one customer. This location isconsistently slow. The fastest Taco Bell experience I had was in the college area. I was the only customer and it was finishedeven before I paid. That?s how long it should take. No more than 2 minutes. It?s been about 15 minutes since I got in line andI?ve moved about 3 car lengths. Ridiculous.
I used to love this place, but now it requires the customers to do more work than the employees. Instead of talking to a real person, I had to make my order on a machine, HAD to use a credit card, and joined the other two in-store customers eating ourmeals in silence. Automation may save Taco Bell money in the short run, but people like me will NEVER return... and I think thatwill cost on the bottom line a lot more than is saved by screwing the customers.
This is THE WORST taco bell I've been to in the entire world. I'm not exaggerating that either. Terrible customer service, never open on time, always out of things on the menu, always missing items from my order and after multiple time giving this locationa chance, I can safely warn you to not waste your time waiting 30 plus minutes in the drive through. I honestly don't know howthis location is managing to remain open at all. Corporate needs to shut this franchisee down, because it's not working.
