When I arrive I see changes in decorations, structures and I must say that it is clean, simple and warm so on this point delighted with continuity. Then the welcome, David and Rémy received me very well, smile and enthusiasm at the appointment, it's nice, they're good guys and deserve to be supported. Come the pizza, I choose chorizo being one of my favorites. The dough is semi-sooth, with just what it takes edges, rather mellow, it feels like a fresh and home dough, cooking is perfect. The ingredients are also of good quality, the different flavors are well distinguished and the dosage is perfect. The price quality report is more than reasonable knowing what it means to be on its account. In short go there the eyes closed and privileged the shops of proximity, the craftsmen rather than the chains. Not only is it the best thing for you but also for them. The pizzaiolo trade, a restaurateur is a full-fledged trade and don't think it's easy money or it's the golden chicken. Very disappointed! quality paste with mediocre and industrial pizza. The value for money is obviously not there! A pizza at the supermarket would be better.
