Contribuisci feedbackThis place has been hit or miss the last 6 months or so. Both the food and the customer service is like Jakl and Hyde. 2 out of my last 4 visits have been 2 starish. In my most recent visit on April the first I arrived for take out curbside , checked in and had to wait 15 minutes on the red curb (because their pickup spot get used as regular). After 15 minutes I had to get out with my toddler to go getting the pizza. Get in, get ingnored by front desk for several minutes and I find out my order is the only one on the pick up rack. By that time it's cold so they have received online feedback apart from this
We went to BJs grossmont for a birthday party the service was ok, forgot a few items and brought our appetizer with the dinner. Our food was served somewhat separated as my husbands food didnt come out until I was half way thru my meal... The salad didn't have much dressing but couldn't get extra, the broccoli was dry. The atlantic salmon was good however the ribeye had way too much peppercorn seasoning. Overall it wasn't bad until it came time to pay the bill. The server was completely mixed up all our checks and then had to separate them multiple times before he could get it right and it took about 40 mins after we were done eating to finally get our checks and leave. The manager was informed and did nothing to help. It was a complete mess and a total waste of everyone's time. No one wants to sit at a restaurant waiting to pay the bill for that long. NOT RECOMMENDED!
