The staff here are incredibly friendly and efficient, always making sure your order is accurate. They provide take-home meal kits, delicious sandwiches, and are happy to offer any advice you might need.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the sandwiches and cannolis are fantastic, but the service can be a bit slow. It's not the server's fault; there are just too few staff members managing a steady stream of lunch customers.

For many years an occasional customer has been here. Delicious food and particularly good fresh baked bread. However, customer service is met or measured and often measured. The owners can be very cold and rude. Last time I came here, three different prizes for bread were told before I came out. The time before I got my ordinary order and the total number was twice as it was in the past without any kind of announcement.

The food was fresh and tasty. However, the customer service was somewhat lacking; I couldn't tell if the staff member was having a difficult day or if that's just how they typically are. But when food is made with love, it truly shines, and that’s definitely the case here!
