Alright, I'll admit it... This place is basically Chili's pretending to be a wing joint. That said, it’s incredibly affordable and not too bad! I do wish they offered an option to get all drumsticks for just a dollar more like Wing Stop does, and I’d love to see a wider variety of flavors. However, their low prices somewhat compensate for that. And if I could pay a bit extra for onion rings instead of those disappointing fries, we’d be best pals!

When I tried to ask for a drink refill, he ignored me despite my attempts to get his attention. I had specifically requested avocado ranch for my order, but he only brought out a single avocado and disregarded my request. One of my friends ordered shrimp quesadillas, and Robert brought out a version that included bacon, even after I had informed him that she was vegan. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the replacement. I have never felt so unwelcome at a Chili's before. I asked to speak with the manager several times, but we ended up waiting over an hour for someone to come and address our concerns. As a Chili's Rewards member and a fan of the restaurant, I was extremely disappointed by the service we received today. It was an experience I never want to repeat. Instead of the manager coming to check on us, they sent another staff member to greet us, which only added to our frustration. I'm not sure if there were underlying factors influencing our treatment, but I'm definitely unhappy with the experience. I won’t be returning to Chili's anytime soon.
