Macho's Taco Shop - La Mesa

In the city for the club football game of sohnes and needed a good place to eat. my two young had california burritos and loved them! girls had bark tostado, ham egg and cheese breakfast burrito, and bark taquitos. I had two tacos al pastor, which I agree with an earlier poster, are very well seasoned. highly recommended, in that we all want to come back tomorrow for the second day of the tournament!

Quick and flavorful. The restaurant offers a lovely chips and salsa bar for customers to enjoy. The el pastor tacos are generously sized with a spicy and flavorful seasoning. It's a great deal for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. It is clean, and the service is quick and helpful. I ordered the number 3, which included 2 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. I live on the other side of Spring Valley from this location and did not expect the meal to still be warm when I arrived home, but it was. Everything was fresh, including the beans and rice. They also included a generous amount of tomato, avocado, and salsa on the plate. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal without any fuss.

The burritos at this restaurant are fantastic! Both the machaca and breakfast burritos are delicious and served piping hot. It's the perfect place to get your burrito fix during the COVID lockdown.
