Mcdonald's - La Mesa

Eat good staff well. However, they had a ventilation problem and the air quality had hardly been adequate.

I want to hate McDonalds so bad....but it wasn't that bad. Fries are addicting. Guy at the window was typical...didn't care. But, food was hot. Yeah.

Not at all what was expected. Ordered our food from the kiosk and all seemed okay until they yelled out my number. I have never been to a McDonald’s that did not bring you the food when dining in. Is that not the purpose of the number that the kiosk says to put on the table. Least of my worries when I ask the kid at the counter if they were supposed to bring the food to the table? The reply I got was didn’t you get your food. I invited the kid outside but that is just me. After the rude answer we sat and ate. I asked who seemed to be the lead of the shift due to her helping another individual that had an issue with his order. She provided me with this number for the store manager. Called and no answer but of course I left a message. Very rude and unprofessional employees here but hey it’s McDonald’s. Please provide info and use the number for any issues you may have.

Ordered large fries paid almost 10 bucks for it. It was like they half filled both of them and soggy fries. The bag was closed and they put a lot of ketchup that didn't match the quantity so it felt heavy.The other experience is getting ice cream where they claim it was down but the person in front of me got a sundae. Thought it was a 1 off but McDonald's isn't about quality or quantity or affordability.You don't get what you pay for anymore that's for sure. They aren't even healthy for these pricesI would of rather bought an entire meal some place else than this. This isn't to say that the employees that where assisting me in the drive thru were bad they had great service and very friendly.

Your restaurant is trash and the people there have absolutely no idea how to fill a basic order. Don’t go here this place has been awful for years
