Trader Joe's - La Mesa

Can't believe the freshness of the prepared green salads here compared to TJ's in my town. Just-picked fresh!

Trader Joe's fan for life right here! Hi, hello!! The customer service at all Trader Joe's is amazing but, I especially love the team over at the La Mesa store. They are always excited to share new items with me whenever I'm there and, give me tips on what to pass up and what to actually get as well. There have been times when they randomly will walk up to me and ask me if I want a cookie or something sweet. I never pass up the chance lol!! They never miss!! For this trip I needed a few items to make an appetizer and dessert for a gathering. I needed something quick to make and delicious of course. The items that I got were: Steamed Lentils Bruschetta Sauce Crumbled Feta Crackers for dipping Dried oranges Strawberries Dates Biscotti I made a lentil dip/salad with the lentils, bruschetta sauce and feta I made a small dessert board with the strawberries, oranges, dates and biscotti Everyone at the gathering fell in love with the dip and the freshness of everything that was on the dessert board. It was all a hit and took me less than 20 mins to make it all. Win!! I will definitely be remaking both!! The ambiance at this location is always fun and inviting! The store is always clean and, there is always, always someone around to ask questions to.

Came in to grab a late night snack and I total understand the employees wanna get out of there but didn't know that the Trader Joe's rep by the name of nick was so frustrated that he decided to throw the bag with the items I just had got rung up for. And it's not like I came in 2 minutes before closing either, idk what buddy issue was.

Who doesn't love traders Joe's. This is actually one of my favorite locations in San Diego. I have another Trader Joe's closer to me however, I like to drive a few more minutes to this one. They are always stock of what you need and keep their fridge is pretty full. As most locations, their service, and their workers are always pleasant. The space is big and perfect to get some shopping done! Always a fan

I came in for a few things and ended up with seven bags of groceries . lol I love how Trader Joes consistently has new products on the end cap. I'm one of those that likes to try them out. I enjoy their products, quality and value that's why I patronize them. Grady was the cashier today. He was very kind and friendly. He mentioned they are opening up a new location is Santee!!! That is awesome!!! Besides the amazing food items, they also have the best assortment of flowers too!
