Contribuisci feedbackAn unusual experience It may sound like another Italian restaurant, but “Propiedad Publica” takes the concept from homemade to another level. It was a weekday afternoon; I just celebrated my birthday with my friends. So I thought how to celebrate it. I remember seeing a post on Instagram about this new place called “Propiedad Publica”. That's why I decided to visit this new place. We arrived at 8:00. Although we did not make a prior reservation, we could eat as it was not too crowded. Once I saw the menu, I knew it was true that I wouldn't eat the typical pasta. In the menu you can differentiate the dishes according to the ingredients they contain, which helps you to choose a meal easily. Something that turned out was the variety of pasta that they cook. My friend ordered a lasagna that seems to be the most popular option. I ordered some pumpkin Agnolottis, filled with goat cheese and paprika, as I tried to explore as much as possible. The combination was with a carbonated water that had a citrus and minty taste, although it had neither lemon nor mint. The texture of the pasta was quite delicate so you noticed that it was actually fresh pasta. The taste of the pumpkin did not rise, but it did not lose its presence. The lasagna was an explosion of aromas. For a moment you forget the whole lasagna you had tried before and this was the first as it was very full of different flavors and textures thanks to the variety and amount of other ingredients. After this experience I did not have the pleasure to eat there again for various reasons, but now I can enjoy its delicious variety of fresh pasta, thanks to its delivery sales. I'd definitely eat again here.
Great food! I was very pleasantly surprised. The trout was well cooked, very spiced, and everything else was to the par, including a beautiful eggplant sausage. Not too expensive.
Excellent food with tons of taste. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere, classics like Ella Fitzgerald, Buena Vista Social Club artists Ibrahim Ferrer and Omara Portuondo. Corazones de la Señorita (Butter Salat), Mezzaluna, Caprese Salat with watermelon, Gnudi, Carrots and Duo Kale are some of my favorites.
I've eaten three times here and always have a great experience. The mixed drinks are very well made and the scratch-made pasta is the best in La Paz.
