Likewise, everything was offered to us in a very correct way, and the dishes were all EXCELLENTS, finally I speak of the pizzas we were able to eat.
Fortunately, I was invited by friends, because I would never have stopped at Milka's place, whose charms were praised. She wasn't there, a Sunday with a wonderful time, both employees were overwhelmed. We waited 1h two poor diots with a handful of crozets, plus one beer:17 euros! I added a bad welcome, we really felt like we were disturbing, when we live next door!
We were warmly welcomed. After a snowshoe ride the place is ideal The meal was excellent as at home). The price quality ratio is top. We will return to Milka Thank you for this very good time.
What a beautiful and unusual discovery of the Milka chalet and more, in the middle of a dream setting all around with its large fir trees that grow under the snow! It has transformed this refuge into a chalet restaurant with a crazy charm, the typical savoyard decoration in the smallest details, its wood stove, no electricity, smooth lighting thanks to the sometimes capricious generator. It's magical! Warm welcome by Milka, alone to do everything, and at the command of her furnaces, she will delight you the taste buds of her savoyard and grilled specialties accompanied by her dauphinois gratin, it seems, succulent. I cracked for the delicious tartiflette as I rarely had! I spent a wonderful evening at the corner of the stove, some chats with Milka before other guests arrived. A stop in time, chalet as there are no more many of these days and in the middle of a splendid mountain landscape! Dinner at night on reservation. You strongly advise to arrive before the night for the landscape. Cross-country ski hire and snowshoes on site, starting from the slopes at 50m. Outdoor terraces accessible by weather. Provide snow tires or chains to access them, often snowy road. Located close to the stations of La Plagne and P7eisey-Vallandry and the Arcs, on the opposite side south, direction the Côte d'Aime and then La Petite Bergerie. Stairs that really worth it! Don’t miss out on the day, visiting the beautiful little villages of Valézan and Montmery on your way.
