Many wait to get a place, we strongly advise to book because the waiting period can be very long, but we ate there well
I rarely leave reviews, but today is a very bitter taste in my mouth! my man and I visited this restaurant earlier for a special lunch in the sun, but we left without even getting a drink. we stood on the terrace and waited patiently. to see, and when a waitress came, we asked for a table of two for something to eat. her colleague heard, went over and stood before me and the waitress with her return to me and spoke in French for about 2 minutes, which I found extremely rude. she then took two menus on extremely angry wise and led us to our table. we sat down, got our Savoyard food and waited again to get our job. at the end we had to ask if we could order food and get an rude answer back, but they opened their notes to begin it. we ordered one of our meal times, started ordering the next and she just went away. she didn't come back 10 minutes and we saw her cleaning empty tables through the window. we wanted to call their colleagues so that we could order our drinks and the second meal and simply be ignored. as they can imagine, we went out. it was absolutely disgusting so-called hospitality! if they don't want to pay friendly customers, they might think about where they work. I really hope that this review will come back to the restaurant so that they know how unwilling their employees are! if I were them, I would avoid all costs. we went to the restaurant on the street and had an amazing meal, with friendly staff.
Went out for a nice meal, having stopped in the bar one evening and seen the food it looked like an ideal venue for a good night out. It all started poorly when we were seated then every other table, that came in after us,...had their orders taken before us. In fact 2 of the other tables received their food before we had been offered drinks. If we thought we could have found an alternative restaurant we would have left then, but, we persevered. Eventually we placed a order, not a simple process as the waitress could not use her tablet devise. Starters arrived and were good, dispite being virtually thrown at us. When our main courses arrived we politely took the plates from the waitress for fear of wearing our dinner otherwise. The food was well cooked, however had clearly been sitting in the pass for far to long as it was tepid at best. In addition the sources were incorrect. Trying to speak to a waitress was an exercise in futility. When we did eventually get the attention of a waitress the sause issue was resolved but we were too concerned to allow our food to be taken avay due to being cold as it was at least edible. I would like to note that the issue was not with all the staff just the waitress that was serving our table (and occasionally smashing trays of drinks). That having been said paying also proved to be challenging and I belive the fundamental issue lays with the management and their inability to properly train their team. Would not recommend.
We have been here for lunch, the service was poor, the food was average and the prices sky high for it’s quality. This a one to avoid.
