The suite is very beautiful. refined and simple decoration. bath and shower in the suite. the bacchus menu is excellent and affordable. Restaurant 2 stars michelin. bikes ready for a seaside ride. We didn't test their heated pool. Thanks again to the whole team and the leader to meet our expectations of a romantic and anniversary weekend. See you soon.
First experience of a starred restaurant last month, as a birthday present to my man. It was also my party. Special mention to oysters cooked in a thousand ways and accompanied by whisky (for him and the bear and the phenomenal sign of cheeses that all have a history (for me). We have appreciated and shared the philosophy of the chef to make all our local products live (we are almost neighbors I take this opportunity to recommend to the chief, if I can, a local lover of my friends, who produces Corsican saffron: see the site zaffaranu. We never know, among the enthusiasts, a beautiful culinary history can continue!
I advise people like me curious to taste an exceptional cuisine but not to have a great way, to try the lunch menu in the week. This is an excellent compromise:

Beautiful culinary journey, a listening team and a little care that accompanies you throughout the meal! I love the decline of oysters, the bar of line and its knives, the Saint James accompanied by flower cabbages, the dessert of chocolate and its sculpture decorated with macarons all around a wine tasting at the blind! A whole program!
