Then I received another notification saying my order had been transferred to Uber, but it never showed up. At 9:42, a staggering 42 minutes after closing, I received a message from the Uber driver stating that the store was closed and they couldn’t pick up my order. The store didn’t bother to answer the phone during business hours when I called, and even worse, they never attempted to reach out to me to inform me of the issue. Now I have to file a fraud report with my credit card company to recover my money.

Just got ice cream took a bit cause the girls had online orders and a guy just walked by without asking if I was helped. The girls seemed nice but I got home and tried it seemed like something was missing so I checked online and the guy forgot the fudge brownie in my ice cream. Sucks cause it was my favorite ice cream.

The staff, at this particular, location is friendly. The establishment is clean and everytime I've frequented, there has been management nearby. I prefer going out of my way to patron this LaPlata establishment vs. the Waldorf/ Marketplace location.

We had a fantastic experience! Our group of six was served perfectly, and the staff was incredibly kind.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant. The staff were polite and friendly, which is becoming rare these days. The Barbie-themed dish was delicious!
