Dunkin' - La Plata

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I ordered an iced coffee and three donuts. First of all, the employees acted disrespectful and lacked any customer service skills. Then, I received the wrong donuts and they were as hard as a rock. Now, I have an upset nephew and sister. I will not be returning to the La Plata Dunkin', and will instead be going to the Accokeek location.

They do a good job even though the parking lot is too small.

Great place. First time I ever went in and asked for decaf coffee and they gave me what I asked for. The young lady that eaited on me was very kind and didn't mind at all. Thank you.

Your sign is the brightest thing in the entire known universe. I go through at night and have my retinas cooked to a nice medium rare. I know you know how bright it is. Please tone it down

Please, I'm begging you, turn down the brightness on the drive through screen. I come through at night and have my retinas burned from the sign. It shines with the luminosity of a thousand stars. I swear I now have x ray vision from the light shining through my brain. Great service
