Outback Steakhouse - La Plata

I can't say enough good things about Joey at your La Plata, MD location! He is incredibly sweet, helpful, polite, and kind. He's the only one at Outback who can make my Cosmo Martini just the way I like it! Every time I visit, I hope he's there to serve us. Our waiter appeared to be a bit disorganized. We experienced missing food items and long wait times. While everyone around us was in good spirits, it was evident that the service was struggling.

We went here for a birthday dinner. We came out fat and happy. The hostess was super nice. The waiter was super friendly and helpful. All the food was cooked right and came out hot. Rhe drinks were delicious The manager checked in on us and gave us a birthday dessert.

The food was quite disappointing. My child’s cheeseburger was overly seasoned and they couldn’t eat it. The manager offered to replace the cheeseburgers with chicken tenders. However, I misunderstood her and thought she meant she would remove the cheeseburgers from the bill, but she ended up charging us for both kids' meals. She mentioned she could only take one off the bill, even though we had a coupon for a free kids' meal. We definitely won’t be returning. To make matters worse, it took over 15 minutes to get a drink refill, and my kids were struggling with the overly seasoned cheeseburger they had taken a bite of.

We were traveling from out of town and went to Laplata . Perri the manager was exceptional . Very friendly and did a great job !
