Texas Ribs Bbq - La Plata

Stopped to treat myself to ice cream after along day of Doctor's appointments. My change was dropped in my hand. My cone was shoved in myhand. A few miles down the road the bottom feel off the cone. The top of the cone was crushed on the side like someone's thumb broke into it. Really, bad experience. I've eaten here for years! Im not planning to go back. Prayerfully the color of my skin did not play a role in the treatment i received.

I love that Texas Ribs provides good size portions.

My first time eating here! Had a full rack of baby back ribs

Food horrific. Baby back ribs dry and tasteless. Leftover from previous day? Catfish was heavily breaded and retained the grease it was fried in. We have been eating there for years and never had a bad meal until a month ago. This was our second chance try to see if the bad food was just a one time bad deal. Nope, it was just as bad. Server was unapologetic and did not care if we were not happy. Two strikes and they are on my banned-for-life list. It’s a shame to see a once good restaurant go downhill.

We got the rib special. wonderful...and of course...yummy twist cone!!
