My eleven-year-old daughter had a disappointing experience today at Tim Hortons' drive-through. She ordered a chocolate creamy chill but was given an iced cappuccino instead, and was charged $11.92 without receiving a receipt. It was disheartening as the whole purpose was to encourage her to confidently place her own order, but it led to her not getting what she wanted and being overcharged. We hope for better service and accuracy in the future.
We arrived at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and there were several people inside, however the door was closed. When we were waiting at the car one of the workers opened the exit door to pass 2 women who came after us. My boy asked the same worker to come in and surprisingly, he refused.It is supposed to close at 10pm. This is not the right way to do business.
We are always well served and there are rarely any errors on the orders we have received. Small remark to remy super professional and friendly! Compared to other Tim Hortons, this one is good.
