Bay Poke Tea House La Puente

We were very pleased with the portion sizes. The fish and side dishes were fresh, and there was a nice variety of items to choose from. We would definitely dine here again.

Prices are really high, new personnel is trained to serve small portions for protein. It used to be better couple months ago. Need to look for another place nearby, we really like this type of food.

Large poke was a great meal and just enough to fill me. Usually poke I'm still hungry so that was a plus. Decent fish and hooked it up with seaweed as requested, which other places charge more. Cost could be a sliver lower but it is what it is.

I just got off the plane from Hawaii and sad to say, I was disappointed with all the poke restaurants on the islands. Feeling unsatisfied with the quality of poke in Hawaii, I came back to the mainland and went to Bay Poke and got exactly what I had been longing for. Bay Poke was fresh, delicious and the serving size was generous. Shout out to Allen, May and Isabelle. They were all so friendly and served me up what I had been missing on the island. During my recent visit to the Big Island of Hawaii, I sampled a wide range of poke, from small local spots to upscale options at the Hilton luau. I can genuinely say that this poke made my heart sing. It was truly authentic Hawaiian poke—the freshness, the spices, the vibrant flavors—all on point.
