Contribuisci feedbackPlace is clean . They look like they were short staff not sure?. The drive thru was pack and dine in area had some customers. A cashier name Brian a young boy did a good job . This young man had so much patience . Very nice and good customer service. The manager a lady was good too. Definitely would keep going here.
We had to wait for a while for someone to come take our order they all were working the drive thru but at least 2 employees did say they would be right with us, at least they didn't ignore us (that was great) food was good hot to ... They just need more employees smh.
One of my worst experiences ordering from a restaurants app. I already paid for the food so my grandmother wen't for me to pick it up. She comes back telling me that you cannot just give the name anymore that now you also need to have the phone with you. So I go with my phone and I ask them to remake my order. They give it to me and I'm on my marry way. Get home open the bags and I'm missing half of my order. I immediately call the number on google maps it goes to fax machine. I find another number online it also rings then goes to a fax machine. The only way I can notify Jack in the Box that my order was incomplete and that I was extremely unsatisfied with the service was thru the app on how my experience had been. It was awful.
I asked got the number 27 and made sure they understood that I wanted BOTH BACIN AND SAUSAGE and they still get it wrong.. really disappointed:
This place is clean and the people are friendly! Every so often they totally screw up my order. They did it again tonight! ;(Parking: There are multiple businesses on site.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access and parking.
