Very bad and disorganized service! My company meets here every Saturday, last Saturday I was there, I was the first one at my table to order, and my food was given to me last since everyone at my table had eaten. If I sent message to the restaurant and they answered was that next time talk to the person in charge of the company. Well, this time I ordered a plate. From 7 seas and never arrived, I claimed that my food never arrived, and the very waitress was whistling while cleaning the table. She claimed she had nothing personal with me, she knew exactly who I was. Finally I went to the person in charge of the company and explained to her that my order had not arrived. And another person who sat next to me was given two plates of mojarras. They are very disorganized there. I finally got tired of waiting and left without eating. Muy mal servicio, dos veces por eso decidí escribir aquí. Mi compañía se reúne aquí cada sábado, el sábado pasado fui la primera de mi mesa de ordenar, y mi comida me la dieron al último ya que todos los de mi mesa habían comido. Si mande un mensaje, y la Repuesta fue que para la próxima vez hable con el encargado del la compañía. Bueno, este vez ordene, un plato. De 7 mares y nunca llegó, le reclame que mi comida nunca llegó, y la muy sinica estaba chiflándo por mientras limpiaba la mesa. Por fin fui con la encargada de la compañía le expliqué que mi orden no llegaba. Y otra persona que se sentó a un lado de mi le dieron dos platos de mojarras. Están muy desorganizados ahí. Por fin me canse de esperar y me fui sin comer.
The food is delicious but they take a while to take your order and they take and hour to server your food
Our server, Elizabeth, was fantastic. I noticed she was managing four tables at once, and she never appeared stressed. I wanted to share that right before I left, I was really full from the ceviche and hurried to use the impeccably clean restroom. In my rush to get home for a project, I accidentally left my phone and credit card behind. Fortunately, someone found them and turned them in. I can't thank that kind person enough for looking out for me. I worried about it all night with only three hours of sleep, and I patiently waited for the restaurant to open at 10 AM. When I arrived, Ana greeted me, and I asked if my phone was there. Thankfully, she had it! I am so grateful. While chatting with Ana, I learned that this was only our second visit, and it was just as wonderful as the first. We had come in pre-pandemic, roughly five years ago, and they’re still thriving. This is the kind of neighborhood gem I truly appreciate, so please give them a try. I guarantee you’ll love it!
I visited Mariscos Villa Del Mar in La Puente for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. We ordered the fajitas platter, which was recommended by our waitress, Maritza. The customer service was exceptional; Maritza was friendly and always had a smile on her face. She truly went above and beyond her responsibilities, continuously checking in to see if we needed anything. We've definitely found a new spot for our weekend meals, especially since Maritza works only on weekends. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and you won’t be disappointed with her attentiveness. During our visit, we also observed the dishes being served to other tables, and everything looked absolutely delicious.
