18b - La Roche-sur-Yon

Visited for lunch on 14th July when most of the town was shut. The restaurant is within the Place Napoleon, with outdoor seating and a sort of greenhouse conservatory where you can also sit. Had a very nice smoked salmon tartare which was well favoured and very good value I thought. The kids menu had very generous portions and was also good value. Location is fantastic as the Place Napoleon has some lovely landscaping with various ponds, water features, and at the time of our visit, some interactive animal sculptures which you can control from various panels around the square.

Surrounded by the water features within this area. This restaurant is like a glass green house, seating inside and outside, very popular. We had two great meals in this restaurant. Lots of choice and reasonably priced. A great friendly restaurant set in an ideal location. Would definitely recommend.
